Who We Are

The Worthy Wellness Collective provides individualized and family coaching, school-based consulting, and wellness-centered educational support for those who guide and care for young people.
Our services include coaching for children, adolescents, and young adults; family and parent coaching grounded in connection and emotional wellness; and professional coaching for K–12 educators seeking to build stronger, more compassionate classrooms.

We also consult with schools and districts on threat assessment, student well-being, and trauma-informed mental health practices.  At every level—whether one-on-one with a student or system-wide in a school community—we help the adults who serve children feel more confident, connected, and clear in their role.

At the heart of our work is a single truth:

Everyone is worthy—of care, of growth, and of being understood.
