YOUNG PEOPLE

Coaching & Support

Helping young people build the regulation, confidence, connection, and skills they need to navigate life with greater ease.

Growing up comes with increasingly complex emotional, social, academic, and developmental demands. Our coaching and support services give young people a space to better understand themselves, strengthen practical skills, and navigate challenges with greater confidence and connection.
Every young person is different. Our work is developmentally informed and tailored to the individual, taking into account their age, strengths, relationships, environment, and the challenges they are navigating.

Support that meets young people where they are.

Emotional Regulation

Understanding emotions, stress responses, and strategies for regulation.

Confidence & Identity

Developing a stronger sense of self, voice, values, and personal agency.

Relationships & Communication

Building healthier communication, boundaries, conflict resolution, and connection.

Life Transitions & Challenges

Navigating school pressures, changing relationships, independence, transitions, and other developmental stressors.

Our Approach

Developmentally informed. Relationally grounded. Practical.

Our approach draws from child and adolescent development, nervous system regulation, relational health, and more than two decades of experience supporting young people across community, school, and family settings.
Rather than focusing only on a presenting problem, we help young people understand what is happening beneath the surface, recognize patterns, strengthen skills, and develop tools they can actually use in everyday life.
Coaching and consultation are not psychotherapy or a substitute for mental health treatment. When clinical care is needed, we can help families identify appropriate resources and support coordination with existing providers when appropriate.

School Collaboration

Consultation with schools or other members of a young person's support system when appropriate.
